THE BLACK AXE MOUSE GUARD UPDATE
We understand the frustration this can cause and we will continue to update this pop up daily with the latest news until we are shipping smoothly. The Mouse Guard has faced one of it's greatest challenges, treason from within, and managed to survive thanks to the actions of other brave mice of the guard.and the Black Axe a lost hero. We will put up a notion on the Customer Service email saying that our response time might be a little slower than usual. We also wanted to let you know that Jose and Ashley will be flying out to the fulfillment center On Wednesday to personally help with order fulfillment to try and get on track sooner. Once they are able to work on these, they will provide us with a projected timeline tomorrow evening. They will be working on assembling the bags and boards as these were purchased as bundles of bags and boards separately. This morning we got confirmation that all the bags and boards have been received, and quantities are confirmed. We were able to acquire a few bags and boards from another source to get rolling on orders. We reached out to our distributor about our order and on Thursday (10/28) were told they were working and will let us know when they have an update. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting our shipment of bags and boards from the order we placed in August. Though this story ties into the overall Mouse Guard mythos, The Black Axe is a wonderful stand-alone tale that holds up remarkably well compared to other fables with far more history. We have held off shipping single issues without a bag and board to ensure they are protected as best as possible. Issue 6 of The Black Axe is out on February 13, completing Celanawe’s tale filled with adventure, friendship, love and loss.
